If you didn't pick up your Western Union Quick Cash payment within 60 days of when it was issued, your earnings will be credited back to your account and your future payments put on hold.

To release the hold, sign in to your account and visit your Payment History page. There, you'll see a Required Action box - click the Please contact AdSense Support link within and explain your situation. We'll then remove the payment hold from your account.

Please keep in mind that the payment hold must be removed from your account before the 15th of any month in order for your earnings to be paid out in that month's payment cycle.
